User Generated Content

   The Licensed Parties’ use of your User Generated Content as described herein will not violate the rights of any third party or any law, rule, or regulation, including but not limited to consumer protection, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, publicity, moral, proprietary, or other rights and laws.

   The User Generated Content is not confidential, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, indecent, threatening, harassing, hateful, offensive, or otherwise unlawful.

   You fully release, discharge, and agree to hold Intense Practice Academy, and any person or entity acting on their behalf, harmless from any liability related in any way to Intense Practice Academy’s use of your User Generated Content and your name and/or likeness for any internal purposes.
7. User Generated Content posted on the Platform directly by you is not pre-screened or approved by Intense Practice Academy. Intense Practice Academy has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content on the Platform. Intense Practice Academy may terminate your account and access to the Platform if your User Generated Content violates these conditions, including unlawful postings or content, without prior notice to you. Intense Practice Academy is not responsible for, and does not endorse or guarantee, the opinions, views, advice, or recommendations posted or sent by users.

Reviews, Comments, and Other Content

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We generally do not provide refunds, as we offer sufficient test material to users on the Platform before an upgrade. Hence, all payments are final, unless otherwise mentioned on certain plans. However, if you believe you have a valid reason for a refund, we will discuss the issue with you to help resolve it in any way we can. Any refund, if eligible, will be processed within 14 days of receiving a refund/cancellation request.

Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way to your

visit to Intense Practice Academy or to products/services you purchase through Intense Practice Academy or your violation or threatened violation of Intense Practice Academy’s intellectual property rights shall be submitted to arbitration in the courts of Bangalore, India only.

Amendment

Intense Practice Academy reserves the right to make changes to our Platform, policies, and these Terms at any time.
